What I’ve found in my career is that I gain a deeper understanding of thing when I teach it. As my network marketing business grew, I had to step into the teacher role and help my team get the results I was getting.
It’s the same with content creation. Publishing content everyday pushing you to grow and really deep dive into your chosen topic. You’ll find that once you gain proficiency your topic, teaching on it will give you an even deeper understanding of it.

I’m a firm believer in self-education, especially for entrepreneurs. Once “formal” education is completed, many make the assumption that learning is done but that’s obviously not true. We can and should continue to learn til we the day we can’t!
This means, after schooling is done, education is largely going to be our own responsibility. Thank the Force for the internet!😆
Some of the best free education I’ve gotten in the past year has come from podcasts. Hands down my favorite form is self-education with the added bonus of the shows exposing me to other resources from a particular educator.
Then of course there’s YouTube university, the go to source for how to. Leaky pipe? YouTube it. Building a chicken coop? YouTube it. Most of the educators you’re already following on other platforms will likely have a YouTube channel as well so if that’s your preferred way to consume education, then you’re in luck.
Once you’ve exhausted your free options and your ready to invest money into your education (and yourself) the best place to start is books. They’re a generally low entry point.
From there, education can range from the hundreds and well into the hundreds of thousands, even millions depending on what you’re willing to invest.
Whatever the case, be cautious with where you invest when it comes to education. There are a lot of people out there in the space and not all of them have your best interests in mind.

💡 Let's jump into my return to the business arena, commencing with the power of mindset. After taking necessary time to process things post-funeral, I temporarily scaled back my presence on social media and content creation.
🎧 I took a hiatus from my usual podcasts and audiobooks, prioritizing quality time with loved ones. This proved pivotal in my healing journey. Concurrently, I embarked on the path of restoring my health in late August.
📆 Initially, I had plans for an extended hiatus, leveraging the flexibility afforded to me by my network marketing income. Unexpected developments within my company, however, hastened my return. Looking back, I'm appreciative of the newfound sense of purpose.
🌪️ Company upheaval led to a ripple effect, resulting in disengagement within my organization. This presented a separate challenge, propelling me back into action. I even took on another side-hustle to augment income and add a change of scenery.
💪 Presently, I'm actively reconstructing my network marketing business with Yoli. It's a focused endeavor, driven by a crystal-clear vision. My aim is to produce content that bolsters my business by teaching marketing principles and techniques to network marketers and then giving them a track to run on.
🚀 Looking ahead, I'm dedicated to reinvigorating the network marketing profession. Ambitious plans encompass events and courses designed to empower others. The distinctions between affiliate, influencer, and network marketing are blurring, and it's time to embrace this evolution.
📚 I wholeheartedly recommend "Evolve Your Brain" by Joe Dispenza, an in-depth exploration of the power of mindset, and "$100 Million Offers" by Alex Hermosi, an invaluable resource for marketers.
🌟 Always remember, purpose isn't handed to us; we choose it. Even amid adversity, we hold the power to chart our own course. The universe extends opportunities, but seizing them rests squarely on our shoulders.

I Just Taught My First Masterclass - Here’s What Happened

Going into the launch of my first masterclass, I was a bag of mixed emotions. Excitement and fear, enthusiasm and doubt.
Now that the class is done, I’m no less a bag of mixed emotions — except this time, all positive.
Did it go perfectly? Far from it. And besides, there’s no such thing right? It went the way it was meant to and I couldn’t be any happier about that.
From a numbers standpoint, the registration was more than I had ever hoped for, especially given that I did no paid traffic. All 60 registrants were generated through organic traffic and content (mostly Facebook lives) I was publishing.
This was fantastic validation of a process I only theorized.
The thing I’m most excited about is that now I have this class under my belt, all other classes and everything else I’ll be rolling out this year are that much more possible!
The completion of this masterclass opens me up to a whole new world of possibilities, a world I cannot wait to to explore.

It was a much needed reset.

Redefining Network Marketing Systems

If we’re going to Re:DEFINE network marketing, one of the most important fundamental shifts we need to make is in our systems.
Network Marketing systems have historically been designed to create one result: RECRUITMENT. The faster we can help the incoming distributors recruit their first handful of members, the more likely they are to stick around.
But with that version of the business opportunity becoming less and less relevant in today’s marketplace, the effectiveness of these systems continues to dramatically decrease.
I believe to solution is to create systems that focus primarily on teaching distributors principle based, practical skills that they can then use to generate customer sales and the resulting commissions. The practical skills I’m referring to of course is online marketing.
You might be thinking, “Ronnie, that would take way too long. It would be impossible to gain the momentum needed to build any kind of downline.”
Yes, that is true. But remember, on of the things the Re:DEFINE Network Marketing movement calls for is an adjustment in comp plans to directly pay out for customer acquisition and sales. When this happens, the focus can start shifting away from building downlines. So you won’t need momentum to create income for youself.
Moreover, people are already accustomed to the “education as preparation for career/work” process. So they already have a built-in understanding that there’s a lag time between getting started and results.
Also, if we set the correct expectations up front, expectations of what the process will be like, then your potential new partner can make the best, most informed decision for themselves.
And even if they end up not joining your team, it’s ok. Your income isn’t dependent on building downlines and recruiting so expedience of systems is no longer required. And because people weed themselves out or opt themselves in, you actually end up building a stronger more stable income in the long term... which has always been the goal in the first place.
So let’s Re:DEFINE the network marketing systems and processes to focus on educating distributors on online marketing skills, and we can begin legitimizing our profession, and move it into the digital age.

The post suggested: "Stop trying to RECRUIT people into your business and OPEN their minds to a better way." While this might sound like good advice, let's look deeper at what it really means. Is it about showing a better way, or just giving another choice?
We'll discuss why it's important to focus on the benefits of what you're offering, instead of just trying to sell the business opportunity. This episode highlights a customer-focused approach: understanding what your audience needs, respecting their decisions, and offering options without trying to change their minds.
I also talk about how the world of network marketing is changing, and how companies are adapting to new trends and consumer behaviors. The recent change by Rodan + Fields to move away from multi-level marketing is a big example of this shift.
