The Real Raw You Podcast

We all know that exercise has profound health benefits. From releasing neurotransmitters to boosting serotonin & dopamine, to balancing immunity, to improving sleep... exercise is one of the most effective ways to increase longevity.
However, I see this in my practice far too often: most people are doing the wrong type of exercise for his/her body type and are OVER DOING IT.
Exercise should never tax your nervous system, which is what is happening to millions of chronically burnt out Americans today.
Tune into this episode to learn:

  • How to identify what your body constitutional makeup is
  • How to exercise based on your body type
  • When is the most optimal time of the day to exercise
  • What I recommend every client do daily in order to get his/her body back into balance prior to doing ANY other form of exercise
  • My exact recommendation for what type of exercise to do each week based on your current health state
  • What symptoms to look out for that indicate your body is burnt out
  • How to exercise in order to tap into fat burning, reduce inflammation, increase energy & improve mood
