There is a good chance that at least once in your life you have found yourself looking at the scale after a holiday or break and thought to yourself...”why did I gain weight?”

Sometimes the reason is obvious but other times it is less clear as to why the weight gain occurred. This can leave you feeling frustrated and confused.

As a Dietitian and Nutritionist, I have seen time and time again how people come back after the holidays a bit heavier than they wanted to be, and help them get back on track.
Part of this is interpreting the weight change properly and not just automatically freaking out and believing you have gained body fat when the reality might actually be a lil different.
