With our increasing love of video, having the tools to express yourself and connect with your audience online has never been more important.
So if you've thought: "I don't know where to start, what would I even talk about?" Or "I have so much to talk about, so I'll say it all....'
This episode is for you because neither option will support your audience until you learn how to craft your unique and succinct story and use storytelling techniques to convey your message.
Then you can worry about managing your nerves, put boundaries in place to reduce vulnerability fatigue and ensure the video is actually recording.
In this episode, we chat about the following:
✨ Why more women, BIPOC, queer, and neurodiverse people need to get in front of the camera
✨ How to identify your key messages and create your origin story
✨ Simple techniques you can use to improve the way you deliver your story
✨ Why it's important to remember the audience on the other side of the screen
✨ Tools and training you can use to grow your skills and confidence
✨ Three things you can do today to prepare for your first public speaking opportunity

Why my sale conversion rates are so high
What's your sale conversion rate?
I have a 95% discovery call conversion rate. So if a potential coaching client books a time to speak with me, I will assume they’re keen to get started.
And around 80% of people who DM me on Instagram about my programs also decide to work with me within 1-2 weeks of that first message.
Both of which are very high for my industry.
I often share this information with my coaching clients and am met with questions like what is sale conversion rate, how I can improve mine, and how I can use this information to inform my sales and content marketing strategy.
I will answer all of these questions and share seven quick and easy changes you can make to improve the sale conversion rate in your business.

Should you start a podcast?
Should I start a podcast is one of my coaching clients' first questions.
Today I’m going to share the benefits and challenges of starting a podcast so you can decide if it’s the right platform for you.
But I’m going to do this with a twist.
Podcasting isn't the only way to grow your audience, share your expertise and produce evergreen content.
So I’m going to share the five main reasons why clients and my community tell me they want to start a podcast and provide content alternatives that may be better suited for the time and financial constraints, personal responsibilities, client commitments and mental and physical health boundaries many small business owners have.
