In this conversation Cam talks about some of his own PodCast Experience, specifically, the PodCast that he hosts called 'The Neutral Zone' (See link below), and when/where he developed his Passion for Podcasting.
He talks about the importance to addressing different issues, and creating intentional & purposeful conversation, through the medium of The Neutral Zone, and media in general.
Cam talks more in depth about Inclusion, what it looks like to him, and how both language & communication plays a role in breaking negative stigma.
He talks about IDENTITY, being ashamed of living with a disability when he was growing up, and how he now continues to own his story, wear his scars like a badge of honour, share his story and be a positive influence in the world.

In this conversation, Ryley talks about being signed to a modelling agency called 'Gamut', as well as discusses her passion for Make-Up, Fashion, creating positive change in making Make-Up & Fashion more inclusive to people living with Disabilities, as well as having the Dream of someday owning & operating her own a makeup brand with employees that have disabilities and makeup products that are adaptive friendly.
She talks about wanting to create positive change in the world for future generations, and shares her perspective, and experience, as well as some great strategies as to ways in which Fashion & Make Up can continue to be made more inclusive & accessible.
Ryley also talks about some of her other passions, like languages, and both learning & teaching Sign Language. She teaches Danny how to sign his name.
