Welcome back to Season 4 of the PodCast.
We're kicking this Season off with Baris Girit of Izmir, Turkey.
In this conversation Baris & Danny spend some time catching up, and reflecting, after meeting 11 years ago at an International Conference for Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus in Izmir, and where the idea of 'P.U.S.H' was born.
Baris shares about his love for Video Games and dives into some of the things that he looks for in a game that he enjoys playing.
He also talks about the power of gaming in building Community & Connection.
Baris speaks to growing up inside of the Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association of Turkey, and how he has developed his own independence & ability to create his own life.
Danny & Baris discuss growing up in households that didn't label/define/limit them because of living with Hydrocephalus/Spina Bifida.
They also talk about, regardless of where we are in the world, how many similarities we share across our SB&H Community, despite any of our differences.

In this Conversation, Danny sits down with Benrose Mutethya of Nairobi, Kenya.
Benrose talks about her passion for wanting to make a positive Impact in her Community, and some of the incredible things that she's done to create positive change across our Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Community, work that positively benefits the Climate, as well as other incredible work alongside other Organizations, Locally & Globally.
She talks about some of her skills in Baking, and Cooking, and she shares why those skills are important to her, as well as important in general. Benrose talks about these skills being a way to reveal her Creative side to the world.
Benrose talks about some of the space that her mom empowered her to take after High School, to further develop her passions, explore, as well as try new things, and talks about how that space allowed her develop more confidence, open up more, and has shaped who she is today, and where her life is headed.
She becomes vulnerable in talking about her mom, and why her mom has been such a force of positivity her life, and has taught her how to be resilient.
Lastly, Benrose talks about some of her biggest goals, and dreams, which ultimately come back to making her mom proud, as well as creating a Positive Impact in the Communities that she Identifies with.

Danielle talks about her passion, among lots of passions, for Re-writing the narrative around what it looks like to live with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, and/or a disability in general.
She shares some of the ways, like her YouTube Channel, Social Media, and Fashion, that she works to break barriers, and stigma.
Danielle also talks about being an artist, while also sharing some of her artistic journey, and how she believes that creativity & art can be such a powerful tool in creating greater equity in the world.
Innovation is an incredible piece to this conversation, and how often people across our Disability Community are often born into a world where we're forced to be innovative in how we move through the world.
Lastly, Danielle & Danny talk about the relevance of having a good/positive attitude, finding gratitude in the pieces of our life that allow us to be the happiest that we can possibly be, and choosing joy.

Roman shows off his incredible skills in math, as well as tells us about his favourite food (pizza), favourite colour (blue), and the Super Power that he would have (Invisibility).
He also shares some of the things that does like play the guitar, video games, rock climbing, Taekwondo, and his aspirations to be on YouTube with his channel 'Romans World'. SO AWESOME!
Lastly, Roman shares some of the best advice for other young people who live with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus.
