On this week's episode of the Property Hustlers Show, Andrew and Ping warmly welcomed local Real Estate lawyer, Hussein Kudrati. Hussein also has an impressive resume that includes being a real estate investor, real estate lawyer for the USA and Canada and is an avid fishing addict.

Creativity, being able to identify value proposition of a deal and how to maximize the use of opportunity. The key to wealth generation is patience and a real estate investor's mindset, Hussein explains. Not only that, but also being able to strategize long term and how to pivot that strategy if necessary.
