On this week's episode of the Property Hustlers Show, Andrew and Ping warmly welcomed local Real Estate lawyer, Hussein Kudrati. Hussein also has an impressive resume that includes being a real estate investor, real estate lawyer for the USA and Canada and is an avid fishing addict.

On this week's episode of the Property Hustlers Show, we were thrilled to have Milena Simisc as our guest. She is a realtor, real estate investor, and TikTok star!
Have you ever wondered how to change your life in a year? Well, that is precisely what Milena did. Before real estate, Milena worked as a nurse, while still working she invested in a 6 unit apartment building and realized how much she enjoyed working in real estate investing in Canada and found herself wondering should I leave my job? She came to a crossroads and was thinking of either becoming a doctor or investing more time in real estate as she couldn't handle working as a nurse anymore, especially because of how badly nurses underpaid.
After she made the switch the next question was how to get started in real estate. Milena didn't have people around her who could help teach her more about real estate investment strategies so she turned to real estate podcasts. While she was taking her realtor courses to become a realtor in Ontario she decided to share her knowledge with the internet and quickly became a part of TikTok real estate. Being an introvert Milena wasn't too concerned about how to get big on TikTok she was just looking to help people, nonetheless, her content took off right away!
After getting her realtor license Milena quickly got involved with the Windsor real estate market. Even with being a Canadian real estate investor Milena continued her presence on social media with the goal of helping and informing people. Milena would say that getting into real estate was one of the best decisions she's made.
