050 - Mutual Aid, Cocky vs. Confident

In today's episode Brian discusses how we view others. Whether it's an individual or an organization are we being judgmental or are we jealous? When we see someone that's squared away and doing things the right way or an organization that is doing things right, what's our reaction?
Just because someone is confident in their knowledge, skills and abilities does not mean that they are or should be perceived as "cocky"!
Don't waste your time judging others, when you could be using that time to make yourself or your agency better.
