•Learn how it's important to limit social media, news and other sources of information (ie. friends, family, neighbors, etc.) if it has a negative effect on you
•Listen to what advice Brene Brown shares with Marc Brackett, Ph.D., the founding director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and professor in the Child Study Center, Yale School of Medicine at Yale University, about the importance of validating, honoring and expressing emotions and how the gift of more "time" can help us to cope with our emotions at this time
•Hear why we must limit what we discuss in front of young children and be mindful of sharing age appropriate topics
•Understand the dangers of COMPARISON SUFFERING
