It has become a well-accepted idea that breathwork can improve health, enhance athletic performance, and even help those with mental health issues.
There are so many protocols and devices that it can be overwhelming to know where to begin.
The idea of Respiratory Muscle Training is the foundation of them all, and it's what Breather-Fit does best.
Like training any other body part in the gym, the stronger and more within your control the muscles responsible for your breathing are, the more capable you will be to use them in the way that suits you and your goals best.
The Breather is the world’s first drug-free, evidence-based Inspiratory/Expiratory combined Respiratory Muscle Training (cRMT) device, used by children and adults interested in health, wellness, and human performance.
