He also has also authored books such as "Wrestling with Angels: A Study of the Relationship between Angels and Humans in the Ancient Jewish Literature and the New Testament" ... Professor Sullivan has also taught classes on the New Testament and Christian Origins, Apocryphal and pseudepigraphal texts, as well as Christian history more generally. It's safe to say that he is more qualified to discuss the topics of this episode than mostly anyone we know!

Anne Barnes talks about her unbelievable journey through 3 miscarriages that lead to her now happy, healthy, and nearly finished pregnancy.
The pain of a miscarriage is a pain that Anne Barnes of Towanda, IL (formerly Anne Garcia of Fairbury, IL) knows all too well. She has experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby during pregnancy an astounding three times in her still marriage of just under three years. By the grace of God, however, Anne is now, for the first time in her life, healthily pregnant and entering the 3rd trimester (over 6 months)!
In this conversation, Anne bravely walks us through her journey, the medical reasons for her failed pregnancies, the feelings and emotions she felt after her first, second, and third failed pregnancies, her battles with her faith, and her husband’s role throughout the process, and much more. I deeply admire Anne’s bravery in coming onto my show to discuss her very personal experience, and I also love her very much and am proud to call her my sister.
Anne’s story is one of incredible sadness and even more incredible hope, faith, and even a miracle! She and her husband, Patrick, visited The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in New Franken, Wisconsin after a long bout of miscarrying and failing to get pregnant. The two are devout Catholics and credit this pregnancy to God firstly, and also to the Blessed Virgin Mary's prayers for them. Their story is sure to tug on your heartstrings and lift your spirits.

How it works is: A member of the Picnics by Meg team shows up prior to your scheduled picnic time and sets everything up for you. Your venue's complete with chalkboards, lights, blankets, wood crates, placemats, everything! And then, when you’re done having a great time, you just get up and leave and they come and clean everything up. Just like going out to eat, only no one comes and asks you to pay the bill.
It’s a beautiful concept, but a process that is extremely hard to nail. Well, Megan and her team have nailed it. In less than a year of existing they’ve already done over 100 picnics in the Livingston Co. and Mclean Co. areas! As I said, they’re beloved. Everyone in the area wants to book a picnic by Picnics by Meg! These picnics have been host to tons of dreamy dates and plenty of birthday parties, some people have even proposed at their picnics by Meg, and one person even gave birth at her picnic!!!

However, his story of being born in a foreign country, working with his Dad at 8 years old at a meat packing plant, and founding his now locally renowned lawncare company at 16 with just a push mower, is all far less well known than his company name. On this episode of The Paul Garcia Show, Luis Gomez humbly shares the roots of his passion for lawn care, his belief that children of Mexican immigrants work exceptionally hard, and even some of his tried and true business practices.
