The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care (“Consumer Voice”) is the nation’s leading advocacy group representing consumers in issues related to nursing homes, helping to ensure that residents are empowered to advocate for themselves. From October 22nd through October 24th, Consumer Voice held its annual conference in Alexandria, Virginia.
