#01 Let's Talk Breastfeeding
No one really talks about breastfeeding, but if they did would that make things easier for parents? Is our reluctance to talk about the realities of nursing our babies actually HARMING our chances of meeting our breastfeeding goals? And should we be clued up on cluster feeding BEFORE our babies are even born? In this first episode of The Next Feed we kick things off with mums Kate and Faye. They stopped breastfeeding a few years ago, but they tell us how much they remember about cracked nipples and expressing breastmilk around the clock.
For free breastfeeding support contact National Breastfeeding Helpline (they're open every day of the year 9.30am to 9.30pm)

#03 Who are The Breastfeeding Network?
Struggling with breastfeeding? Do you know where to turn to for support? In this week's episode we welcome CEO of The Breastfeeding Network, Catherine Hine. She talks about how the charity supports mothers and breastfeeding parents at any point of their journey - whether that's during the newborn period, through toddlerhood, or when preparing to feed for the last time.
The charity is celebrating 25 years this year - and has grown a network of over 600 volunteers. They provide support in hospitals, at community drop-ins, on facebook and through the National Breastfeeding Helpline. They also have a team of volunteer pharmacists who run the Drugs in Breastmilk Service which is used not only by parents, but health professionals too.

The Next Feed: A Breastfeeding Podcast - #02 Pain, Cracked Nipples, and Low Milk Supply - with IBCLC Lucy Ruddle
Transcript
It's The Next Feed, your breastfeeding podcast. Welcome. It's only the second episode, but I thought I'd bring out a guest
who is right up there when it comes to breastfeeding knowledge.
In fact, if she doesn't know something, I would seriously question whether it's even worth knowing.
Whenever I've contacted her almost a year ago, I asked her,
if I make a breastfeeding podcast, will you come on it? Pretty please.
And she said, yes, immediately, I knew then that she would be one
