Hiring doesn't have to leave you feeling discouraged!
I have been through all the high and lows of hiring and learned from all of those experiences along the way! Because of this, I have developed a strategy for hiring so you can build the team of your dreams with ease.
So many online business owners started their business because they love what they do, love to help people, but aren't necessarily experts in running a business.
I often hear from many online business owners that they are scared to hire because they've had a bad hiring experience. They often feel that they are bad at hiring, don't know how to find the right person, or maybe they don't need help after all.
I have a formal background in hiring and team-building thanks to my Master’s Degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development and 4 years of corporate Human Resources and Recruiting experience but I have made many hiring mistakes in a corporate setting and even in my own business.

I love hiring.

I have a formal background in hiring and team-building thanks to my Master's Degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development and 4 years of corporate Human Resources and Recruiting experience.
I've been hiring contractors for my own business since 2016, helped my clients hire new contractors and employees for their online business.
I've supported my entrepreneur friends through figuring out who they need to hire, how to find the best candidates, how to onboard their team members, and how to be better managers and leaders.
I worked as the Chief Operating Officer for my friend Mariah Coz and helped her build out her team of full-time employees and now I coach my community and clients through hiring as well.

What I've discovered is that it doesn't matter how successful your online business is... a lot of business owners still have the same fears and doubts when it comes to hiring.

I did a guest training in Mariah Coz's Accelerator program recently and multiple successful course creators all used the same phrase when it came to hiring..."I am scared."

While the source of their fear was different for each individual, they all felt fear around hiring.
