Episode 20, As indicated by the name of the episode this week, Life has a funny way of working itself out! This week I stepped back from my full-time job after 7 years to pursue other opportunities. I have spoken this year on a number of platforms and in clubhouse on a variety of topics and it is clear to me that the world has changed and is continuing to change at a rapid pace, which is exciting on a personal and professional level, so I am really excited about the future! After a month hiatus it's good to be back and with my schedule opening up to pursue a variety of interests I will be also getting back into the podcast on much more regular basis so be on the lookout for new episodes in the coming weeks! This week I catch up and talk on a lot of topics from coaching, to the workplace across industries leadership, books, values and so much more. I look forward to having more conversations both here on the podcast and on Clubhouse,I feel very strongly and deeply about not only speaking up in the workplace, but in everyday life as well, even if it makes other people uncomfortable, I am not OK with the status quo and following everybody else's rules. I am well aware of who I am and my background and upbringing and there is nothing I can do to change that except for use who I am to help others in a positive and impactful way. Episode-19- Clubhouse, Agile Coaching and More on the Last Two week of Conversations!

In Episode 19 I continue to talk in depth about important conversations and discussions on and off Clubhouse. I talk about all things in the world of Will for the last two weeks. Although not 100% on target I think as a podcast evolves I am going to try to go a little bit more in depth on topics each week. Along with recapping the weeks, This week I discuss a topic that has come up a lot recently in my world, The two main topics for this episode are really having important conversations with people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, races, sexual orientation gender etc and Women in Tech. I feel very strongly and deeply about not only speaking up in the workplace, but in everyday life as well. I am well aware of who I am and my background and upbringing and there is nothing I can do to change that except for use who I am to help others in a positive and impactful way. Episode-21- Well Hello Again, I missed you all! Is Mercury in retrograde I never know?

In Episode 21, I catch everyone up on the happenings of Coach Will aka The Lovable Idiot. I talk about starting a business and going out on my own. I make sure to update everyone because everybody has been asking what I have been up to and the reality is I have been working on myself and taking care of my family and my health while simultaneously building a business it does not happen overnight if it did a lot more people would run businesses! I don't know I just catch up and shoot the shit with everyone I talk a little bit about building a business and the ups and downs and how things are going. Towards the end I touch on a couple topics which I think I'll dive into more next episode. All in all everything is good I am well the family as well and it's the middle of summer in Florida lol! If you or someone you know is interested in coaching or could benefit from potentially working with me please feel free to send them my way. Still figuring out some of the finer details but the first draft of the site is up and running and I feel good about it it's a journey and a marathon definitely not a sprint! Rather than continuing to think about what I might do with the podcast I'm going to continue doing the podcast the way I've always done with it and share my life and details with everybody who listens!!
