Ainle Ó Cairealláin - Aclai & Rebel Matters

In this episode of ‘The Life Fit Podcast’, I chat with the founder of ‘ACLAÍ’ and host of the ‘Rebel Matters Podcast’ Ainle Ó Cairealláin. ACLAÍ provide an alternative take on health and fitness, integrating quality movement training, professional coaching, and social get-togethers to promote physical and mental health, and community spirit.
In February 2020, and after 2 years of planning and fundraising Ainle and his team travelled to Bethlehem to set up the ACLAÍ Palestine community gym in the Aida refugee camp in the West Bank. The Aida camp is home to over 5500 Palestinian refugees who live under very difficult circumstances, and ACLAÍ Palestine provides a space for the residents of the camp to work on their health and fitness in an environment where such resources are very limited.
In this conversation, we cover a variety of topics such as ‘the importance of community’, ‘the health industry’, ‘the ACLAÍ Palestine community gym’, ‘creativity’, ‘being a podcaster’, and much much more. As always, we also share many tips, tricks & hacks that you can start implementing and practicing today to help you in your journey through life.

His passion is to pass on these tools and help others who may be struggling with their own physical and/or mental health.
In this conversation, we cover a variety of topics such as ‘connectivity’, ’positive & negative lifestyle cycles’, ‘instant vs delayed gratification’, ‘the power of habits’, and much much more. As always, we also share many tips, tricks & hacks that you can start implementing and practicing today to help you in your journey through life.
Shoutout to @cokeeffe who was this weeks #praiseitforward nominee. This is a new segment on the show where I ask each guest to plug & praise one other individual who is adding huge value to the world. This is our way or sharing our gratitude and supporting our fellow ass-kickers. Tony Robbins, Gary V, Echkart Tolle & Paulo Coelho also earned a mention for their many wonderful contributions to the world.
