Todd Patkin is the author of “Finding Happiness”, and the creator of the “12 Weeks To Living A Happier Life Program”. Todd’s 12 week program was built on the theory that significant lifestyle transformation can be achieved one simple change at a time. Todd grew up in Needham, Massachusetts. After graduating from Tufts University, he joined the family business and spent the next eighteen years helping to grow it to new heights. After it was purchased by Advance Auto Parts in 2005, he was free to focus on his main passions: philanthropy and giving back to the community, spending time with family and friends, and helping more people learn how to be happy. Chef Lang is well known for teaching cooking classes at prestigious venues around the country. Lang is a food writer, cooking instructor, television personality, and a 9th – generation Southerner. She is the author of The Southern Vegetable Book, and Fried Chicken.
