I started to go deeper and deeper into myself, searching to identify the multiple layers that were preventing me to do what I want. And I felt like I need to share this.

There is such power into understanding yourself and your feelings at a given moment to then see what you have to change or triple down on, so much more than you may imagine.

Identify the feeling, what causes that feeling and act depending on what you've discovered.
