Getting the research process right meant discovering strengths, but also getting an accurate look at shortcomings, then deciding how to address them. Steve Ryan, director of marketing communication for those groups, will be a featured speaker at the 2010 Insurance Marketing and Advertising Summit, set for Nov. 4.
