Ep65. Book Study - Top 5 Regrets Of The Dying By Bronnie Ware.
10/27/22 • 28 min
For about a year I've been contemplating my last breath in this lifetime. It's a sobering and humbling thought. But I've grown so much from that single contemplation, and I've made some shifts in my intentions on a daily basis. After I began this contemplation I came across the book Top 5 Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware. This book is powerful, and definitely helped me understand myself and life much more powerfully. In this episode we'll discuss the top 5 regrets.
The primary elements of this episode are:
- Bronnie lived a life of service to the dying, and from being in her purpose-work her life was enriched, and so were the lives of her dying clients.
- By understanding these regrets, we can begin to make powerful shifts now.
- No matter how much time you have left on this planet, it's never too late to set an intention for your last exhale.

Ep64. From Capped Sales Rep To Unlimited CEO - My Discussion With Adam McChesney.
Adam McChesney is a serial entrepreneur based in St. Louis, MO. Originally a medical device sales rep, he transitioned into entrepreneurship full-time in the midst of the pandemic in July 2020. Leaving a comfortable and secure job during uncertain times has brought a lot of challenges along the way. Adam went from making $200k+/yr working for a well-known CPAP manufacturer to take a chance and bet on himself. He was tired of going through the motions, and always knew that there was something more to life, other than just money and nice things. Having the entrepreneurial bug, an opportunity to go into digital marketing full-time seemed like the right move. Since going out on his own, Adam has leveraged his skillset of digital marketing to grow multiple companies at this point. He is the Owner/Partner of Hite Digital St. Louis, and Owner of Auto Glass Repair of STL. Hite Digital St. Louis is now a 7-figure digital marketing agency, a member of the INC 5000 at #868, and was awarded Future 50 St. Louis, an award that’s given to the fastest growing companies in the city. Obstacles along the way have included overcoming criticism and doubt from many for leaving corporate America, and making the transition from sales rep to CEO.
The primary elements of this episode are:
- You can make a significant change in your life anytime you want, and betting on yourself is always the right play.
- Personal branding will set you apart in the noisy and cluttered digital market space.
- As an entrepreneur, the most powerful way to create wealth, success, and happiness is to eliminate anything which no longer adds value to your life and the business you are creating.

Ep66. Stack Empowering Decisions To Change The Quality Of Your Life.
Sometimes the simplest concept creates the most powerful results. The simple concept I've been contemplating lately is the power of decision-making. When we decide we eliminate all other options besides one. When we go back and forth between options we are negotiating. What choice we make in each decision makes a difference in the quality of our life.
The primary elements of this episode are:
- The first thought of your day can have a profound impact on the quality of your day. Sometimes the first thought of the day is caused by decisions the day before.
- How we shape our day - the quality of the decisions we make - determines the quality of our day.
- Making the most empowering choices in each moment, and stacking empowering choices, will create an empowered life.
