In this episode, I talk to Claire Hill Self belief coach and my new mindset bestie who actually motivated me to start this podcast.
This week we discuss tips and tricks Claire learnt from being a maths teacher to help you feel more productive and start believing you are capable of anything. Being a Mum doesn't have to mean our dreams are put on the back burner and Claire has such inspiring energy which is so helpful when self-doubt starts creeping in.
Claire is a trauma-informed coach who uses her own past experience of losing her father at a young age and becoming a career for her Mother and younger siblings. Along with her experience being an assistant head in a secondary school to support women to dim down their imposter syndrome and power up their self-belief.
Claire started her first business Vivid Wire while on maternity leave with her son 4 years ago. She now runs the Vivid club link a membership for business owners. It is a tribe of Vivid, Brave, Warrior Bosses which embraces a trauma-informed approach, lifts up + empowers you, and boosts your mindset, energy + business. One of the bits I think is often missed on all these gentle parenting sites is that being Gentle isn't just how you have to act when you are with your children. If that's what you think that's probably why you're finding it so fucking hard.
Your inner child needs a much nurturing as your children do and when you start normalising this I promise you will see a whole world of change.
