EP14 - Another Catch up with Dave Shaw from the Hunters Club, find out about how he almost lost another camera, and Dave’s views on hunting in general. With ‘The Hunters Club’, there aim is to put in the hard yards, reaching extreme & often inaccessible areas deep within NZ’s mountainous back country, showcasing the natural beauty & history of these locations, and to really ‘earn’ the right to take a shot. For us, it’s all about being physically fit, digging deep to reap the rewards, and doing it all in a way that’s respectful to the animals being hunted. they want to help set right the clichéd notion that exists of most hunters being a bunch of raucous, bloodthirsty, trigger happy, pot bellied mongrels looking to kill anything that moves, our series is about fit and strong blokes challenging themselves in extreme environments, executing the hunt perfectly, enjoying each others company in the great outdoors & in the process, gaining respect from their audience.
