Taking my 10 years of experience and education as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, nutrition education, health coaching, personal and client experience and boiled down the most important keys into what I've termed 'The Daily5' TM.

Actually, Yes! The Bible is full of direction, instruction and even warnings about consequences of not caring for ourselves. It tells us that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit and we are the stewards. If you were God, how would you expect your steward to maintain and care for one of your temples?

The thing is, we live in fast-paced, fast-food, candy and soda driven society, so it can be hard to go against our culture. But as Obesity rises, and Heart Disease and Diabetes reach epidemic status, we MUST begin to take more responsibility for the care of ourselves. And in turn, lead our friends and family in doing the same.

And I'll show you how.

Join me, Dr. Melody, on your health journey as I show you how to make healthy living easy, and take the complication and overwhelm out of the equation.
