- Many of the conditions people are getting sick with are because we are getting comfortable and not moving our bodies every day anymore.
- We have become complacent and inactive.
- For most of us, our jobs do not have the requirement to move our bodies anymore
- Exercise makes you uncomfortable – but growth is uncomfortable
- Orange Theory is heartrate interval training – getting your heart rate in the ‘orange zone’ 84% or higher for 12 minutes of the hour
- Studies show that if you do heart rate interval training 2-3 hours a week – that could be enough to keep your body in a very healthy state because you are getting that rigorous exercise
- It also incorporates full body strength training
- Best part about orange theory is the community aspect
