Each week I and my team get to speak to tens of women. Each one with a unique story and struggle searching for an answer. Here is one of them.
Picture this ...
You're a successful Fitness Guru who ran marathons and had all these dreams and aspirations!
One problem though, your health is now being hindered by Hypothyroidism symptoms! And now, instead of enjoying your love for fitness...and life in general, you are crying on the side of the road, because you don’t have enough energy to run even five miles.
That was the painful reality Heidi was living in.
When Heidi spoke to one of our coaches, it became clear that she was now afraid that her dreams were too far-fetched because of her condition.
She was on thyroid medication that was not making her feel better and taking 15 supplements. The only dent they were leaving was in Heidi's wallet. 38+ symptoms...
This is Heidi’s unique story.
But...she found the will to fight for herself and was determined to rewrite it, for a happy ending, starting with a chance at a new beginning.
So, we began her journey to better health together. There were unexpected twists and turns, but...
It took her only EIGHT weeks (woozers!) to become medication-, supplement- and symptom-free!
She went from feeling exhausted after a five-mile run, to easily running 15-18 miles on her long-run days.
And now Heidi is training for the world's most prestigious road racing events - The Boston Marathon!
This is Heidi's story. In Heidi’s words.
Once you are done listening, if you, like Heidi, are struggling and wishing for better days, reach out to speak to use to see what’s possible.
