How to Train One Shot at a Time Mindset
In this episode, Dr. Cohn answers a question from a reader about how to do better with a one shot at a time mindset. Here is the question of the week:
TIM: I am now reading your book “Going Low” and am finding it so helpful. How do I train my mind to have no thoughts or just one thought during the swing? If I were to have only one thought, do you have any suggestions as to what it should be? Your thoughts and words have truly ignited me to be mentally as strong as I possibly can be.
