We had the immense pleasure of bringing Irena Azaraev, co-founder of BYou Laser Clinics, into The Glow Up Lounge for a fantastic conversation about how she found a way to stand out in a saturated beauty industry.
She tells us her story of immigrating to the US with a plan and goal to create a business that empowers and builds confidence in others, and found her way to do so by starting BYou Laser Clinics in downtown Brooklyn - where she could invite people from all walks of life into her space and welcome them to her medical spa. She prides herself on being LGBTQIA+ affirming, and focuses on being inclusive and diverse by having the best FDA approved laser devices available that can treat skin of all colors.
With a motto like "Be you and OWN it" it's no wonder she has found a clientele that resonates so deeply with her message and her incredible team of medical aesthetics providers who care so deeply about living the motto, and providing a safe space to allow their clients to be themselves and find their confidence to own it.
