About Lisa Waldron

Lisa Waldron is a BDA Registered Dietitian and qualified PE teacher. With a masters degree in dietetics and further specialist training in eating disorders, Lisa has worked in specialist eating disorders services for almost 10 years. She has held the role of Professional Development officer for Eating Disorders for the British Dietetics Association and has contributed to national guidance on eating disorders and developed recovery tools such as the vegan REAL food Pyramid. Lisa has experience in working with people across the full spectrum of eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating disorder as well as disordered eating. She uses her passion for food and fitness and expertise in behaviour change to support people to develop a positive relationship with food and movement.
