I Failed 75 Hard Phase 1...

I made it all the way through 75 Hard, the initial phase, with no big issues. I figured the 30 days of Phase 1 wouldn't be that big of a deal...and I failed on day 24...right in the middle of Mercury Retrograde, too. And no, I'm not blaming Mercury Retrograde! However, the energy of this retrograde is particularly rough, and this is all an opportunity for growth--to teach ourselves resilience and self-accountability. To admit defeat without feeling like a failure AND without using it as an excuse to give up.
