EP 26 - Happiness, Positive Mentality and Being Active with Michael Chernow
In this episode, Jason interviews Michael Chernow, a hospitality entrepreneur, co-owner of The Meatball Shop and owner of Seamore's. He shares with us the importance of putting fitness at the core of what you do on a daily basis. It’s not about how you look, but how you feel internally, mentally and spiritually.
Michael talks about how all individuals were designed to be active and were built to move. When you’re an active individual, you put yourself in a better mental state. When that happens, everything around you falls into place.
Michael also shares with us his experience in balancing his business, fitness journey and being a father. He reminds us that it’s important to put ourselves first in a positive way in terms of health and wellness. His motto is: Want, Do, Have. Life is not built for people that want. Life is not for people that need. Life is strictly built from people that do.
