Our guest this week is one of our closest friends, Crystal Sikes. Crystal is the owner and operator of Lady Savage LLC. Her life has been an interesting balance of ups and downs. She has used her struggles to help others: things like eating disorders, health issues like gastroparesis, IBS, slow transit colon, ulcer, chronic fatigue syndrome, vitamin deficiencies, hormone/ neurotransmitter imbalance, adrenal fatigue, the death of her mother at a very young age & blending families, and reoccurring depression & anxiety. Having gone through these struggles and overcome them, Crystal has been able to use her platform to share her experiences with anyone in similar situations & provided much needed understanding and advice.
