
MAY - SLEEP & CALORIE COUNTING Pt. 1

This month we are switching it up a little. We are taking a break from having a guest challenge and just having a broader chat about where we are now that we are hitting the fourth month as well a having some general talk about heart rate training, overall wellness and what we have learnt so far.
The challenges this month are good ones though.... Chris does some calorie counting with the help of the app MyFitnessPal to try and chip away at his Dad Bod whilst Dok has to say goodbye to his night owl ways and spend a whole month sleeping without an alarm.... If you think that's easy just bear in mind the he has a job that sometimes starts very early...

It's also important to state that when we talk about weight and calories it is a personal decision that we are making and not preaching about weight loss or diet.
