This month Chris & Dok battle on with health & wellness challenges. Chris puts himself up to a circuit training program to try and get his summer Dad bod, whilst Dok tries to walk 10,000 steps a day to see if it is a massive hassle or total pleasure. Both very much physical challenges.....
Our guest this month is london based Johannah Hogg. Jo is taking a huge leap into the unknown this month with a mental (and hopefully spiritual) challenge of talking to someone different that she doesn't know...every day... for a month.... whether it is at a bus stop, in a park or on a bus.
