This week Megan & Paul are joined by tax specialist, Alison Pryde from Anderson Strathern. After the recent increase of the Additional Dwelling Supplement tax in Scotland from 4-6% in December, we decided it would be good to chat through the effects of this on landlords.
We also discuss Land and Building Transaction Tax, Capital Gains Tax and whether or not to set up as a limited company before becoming a landlords.
It's a great listen and full of useful information for those thinking about investing in a buy-to-let.
If you'd like to get in touch with Alison, you can head to their website here.
