Hosted by Sarah Emily Speers, LMFT, an Empowered Eating Coach, energy worker, and trained psychotherapist who, after recovering from her own eating disorder, set out on a mission to empower others struggling with a spectrum of eating issues — including emotional eating, food cravings, binge eating and/or bulimia — to learn the information and inner work processes that can support you on your journey to improving your relationship with food, eating and your body. In this podcast, you’ll learn from Sarah Emily as well as guest experts and client stories intended to educate you, spark introspection, offer inspiration and provide you with tangible actions you can take in your own life — including guided meditation and tapping practices — that may assist you in accessing your inner world, processing emotions, shifting your mindset and feeling more aligned with your true nature.
