Steve March is the founder of Aletheia (integralunfoldment.com), an ecosystem of courses that support adult development. He is also the creator of Aletheia Coaching, a new coaching paradigm that offers support for unfoldment.

Unfoldment is an antidote to seemingly endless self-improvement projects and offers a way to navigate the complex metacrises we face. Aletheia Coaching is a trauma-sensitive and shame-sensitive approach to coaching. Steve has been a professional coach since 2000, a coach trainer since 2003, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Donna Chang.

Laurence has coached senior leaders and led change programmes for international organisations for over 30 years.

He is currently the Founder Director of Heresy Consulting and works as a Practicum Supervisor on the INSEAD Executive Masters in Change.

He trained as a coach and a supervisor at the Tavistock Institute. He holds an MSc in Analytical (Jungian) Psychology from the British Psychotherapy Foundation and an MBA from Lancaster University, along with a Foundation Certificate in Group Analysis from the Institute of Group Analysis .

He also holds a post graduate certificates in Ecopsychology and Ecotherapy from the Pacifica Graduate Institute

He is the author of 'A Jungian Approach to Coaching: The Theory and practice of Turning Leaders into People'.
