Today George interviews Les Lancaster in a fascinating and wide-ranging conversation.
Les’ research interests focus on the cognitive neuroscience of consciousness and the psychology of mysticism, with a specific focus on Kabbalistic Psychology. Over his career, Les has disseminated key aspects of consciousness studies and transpersonal psychology to a wide audience, both academic and more popular.
He is currently Chair of the Transpersonal Psychology Section of the British Psychological Society, and President of the International Transpersonal Association, as well as a member of the Society of Consciousness Studies.
In addition to many journal articles, Les’ published works include Mind Brain and Human Potential, winner of a Science and Medical Network Best Book Award, The Elements of Judaism, Approaches to Consciousness: the Marriage of Science and Mysticism, and The Essence of Kabbalah.

Bio:
With over 25 years' experience as a professional coach and trainer, Aboodi has been working in executive coaching and coach training since the mid 1990s and has several years of international coaching, training and leadership development experience.

In addition to his executive coaching work, Aboodi is passionate about the development of coaches. He is lecturer in Coaching at Henley Business School, and also mentors individual coaches. He plays an active role on Henley Business School's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

A regular speaker on the international coaching circuit, Aboodi has been an invited guest tutor on mastery in coaching at several European coaching schools. He has been on the ICF global board and was founding co-president of the UK ICF Chapter. He is currently on the editorial board of Coaching at Work magazine.

He is currently the Founder Director of Heresy Consulting and works as a Practicum Supervisor on the INSEAD Executive Masters in Change.

He trained as a coach and a supervisor at the Tavistock Institute. He holds an MSc in Analytical (Jungian) Psychology from the British Psychotherapy Foundation and an MBA from Lancaster University, along with a Foundation Certificate in Group Analysis from the Institute of Group Analysis .
