I also hold an MA in Business Administration from Webster University and a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Dr. Woodsmall has always been a fan of leadership concepts. Hi dissertation topic was “Transformational Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness.” Interestingly, and his specific research contributed to the conflicting views in the literature as to whether leadership creates or is created by the organizational culture; in my case the organization’s leadership team clearly created the transformational culture in the subject organization. Dr. Woodsmall is retired from the Air Force and has held various positions including management instructor and course designer, manager of corporate programs, director of corporate training and communication, adjunct faculty at several colleges, training consultant, and was one of the first 15 certified worldwide business skills facilitators for ExecuTrain, Inc. He is also Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualified.
