Women's health is one of the biggest gaps in healthcare even in this day and age. Written data mostly focus on studying data on biologically male patients, leaving the rest of the population with health practices that are not optimized for their biological framework. This is where Dr. Mindy comes in as she tackles fasting, diets, and hormones of women, and eagerly looking for topics that haven't been tackled yet with regards to women's health.

All right, everyone. A few months ago, I met in person for the first time with Dr. Mindy Pelz. We had been talking previously about a very special customer she's working with, I should say, patient. We met in person and we each other didn't know what we did. We kind of started thinking and then talking, and then things kind of melded and realized there's two halves of what's going on. That's women's health, which in my opinion is the area that needs the most support.
