Do not have a sweet breakfast. Eat savoury, high in protein.
If you want to eat sugar, have it after a meal, NOT as a snack.
Consume vinegar before you eat.
Use your muscles after eating for 10 minutes- walking, dancing, lunges, (calf raises are great!)
