Dr Cate Shanahan is an expert in fixing the underlying problems that cause metabolic damage and inflammation, leading to autoimmunity, weight gain, diabetes, cancer and accelerated ageing processes. She is on a mission to educate people on the danger of seed oils, an ingredient that is so prominent in our diet. After discovering Dr Cate and her research a few years ago I cut out seed oils from my diet and saw a dramatic improvement to my health. Losing weight was so much easier, my biological age decreased, my mood increased and my addictive eating went.
