Episode 61 - What is imposter syndrome and 3 tips to help with this

The Career Happiness Podcast

In this episode I talk about imposter syndrome and what it is. This is a reoccurring theme that comes up with many of my clients and it’s something I wanted to talk about because we often hide or feel a lot of shame around. It is a lot of more then we think and it’s ok to acknowledge this so you can move forward.

I also share some general tips to help you if you are feeling like you have imposter syndrome especially if you are listening to this in the year 2020 whilst we are facing the pandemic.

I also mention a blog post where I felt imposter syndrome after redundancy https://www.somaghosh.com/careerhappinesssblog/my-career-unhappiness-story

If you are struggling after being made of redundant or having career set backs please see some further episodes below to help you with this. As well as some of the other themes like bullying, communication etc I mention in the episode.
