Irene shares her own journey which started almost ten years ago with her two sons born 15 months apart. “In the beginning, it was a crazy town around here, and to say that I lost myself was a bit of an understatement.” Irene shares how she discovered health and parenting coaching, and how this led to a shift in her parenting, and a reduction in overwhelm.
