At some point, all of the wedding businesses I know have received complaints of some sort. And that is business, not everyone is 100% happy with your product or service 100% of the time, and sometimes you do get it wrong and that shouldn’t break you either. It’s how you respond, it’s what you do next and it’s how you learn from the experience and grow from it that is the most important thing. Remember that even flowers need a little bit of shit to truly bloom.
