My podcast guest this week is Hannah Saffold (@nutrition.insight.project), and I chat with her about the prevalence of disordered eating and disordered eating behaviors in nutrition students and Registered Dietitians. We also touch on body autonomy and the importance of meeting clients where they’re at in their recovery journey.
Hannah is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in working with those with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, ARFID (avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder), food aversions, RED-S (relative energy deficiency in sport), and anyone who wants to strengthen their relationship with food and body.
