Flo is a 23 year-old plus size and body confidence advocate from Portsmouth, who goal is to help people love or at least not hate, their body; in order to help them live the happiest life the can. Flo's inspiring growth via social media started during lockdown in 2020 when she realised that trying to fit back into her jeans wasn't going to resolve her relationship breakdown & in fact, living authentically as herself was even more powerful than ever before!

Josh lives up to their name, totally fabulous. Our local society is still behind the times when it comes to sexuality & gender identity. Diving a little deeper, Josh shares their experience with body acceptance & what that relates to when identifying as Non- Binary or Queer.
Charla Grant - @thegratefulheartsclub
Charla is the gratitude Queen! She helps people find positive pockets of gratitude, which leads to them experiencing more positive emotions, relishing good experiences & improving their mind health... because if we approach ourselves with more gratitude, acceptance & self-esteem naturally increases.
