Karen Baldridge, founder of the Experience Project, and I got to sit down and dig into her biz a little last week. 'cue the massive laughs and Aha moments. She realized a few years ago that being in the corporate world just wasn't her jam, and began to look into other options. Evolving as a person and as an entrepreneur is a journey, and Karen is embracing it with whole hearted enthusiasm!
Karen is a corporate leadership, coach, speaker, and podcast host.. Her mission is to integrate more personal mindset work into the current leadership ecosystem. She believes if each individual's personal level of self-awareness, vision and intentional success programming were raised then successful outcomes are inevitable. The Experience Project integrates her passion for developing mindset acumen and blending that into customizable boutique offsite Experiences for groups who are seeking to uplevel their CONNECTION, CREATIVITY AND COLLABORATION. She believes in a whole person approach to transformational experiences MIND & BODY. She collaborates with experts in Leadership as well as Wellness Practitioners to create these immersive events and to cultivate renewed clarity, purpose and vision.
