S2. Episode 36- The Air Conditioning Podcast | Brad Rawson & Shane Rawson| Back for 2021!
03/26/21 • 22 min
Hey guys, Welcome back to The Air Conditioning Podcast and we kinda got busy with Summer and being overloaded (sound familiar?) or just lazy, either way this is the resurrection episode for 2021 and we're stoked you came back!!
In this episode, (36) Brad and I just shoot the shit about the start of the new year but also talk about under charging and remembering self worth as a trained and skilled, professional tradesperson. Wow that's deep. True though. Only a short episode but hope you enjoy it.

Episode 35 - The Air Conditioning Podcast | Gil Cavey | HVAC Uncensored Podcast
G’day all and welcome to EP35 of The Air Conditioning Podcast and in the final episode for the year we saved the best til last...
We chatted with Gil Cavey from HVAC Uncensored Podcast. With Gil having been born into the trade with his Dad being a HVAC tech and Kelly marrying into the trade with his father-in-law being a HVAC tradie, they met from Kelly being a guest on a different Podcast that Gil was co-hosting previously. After a fall out, Gil went out on his own and Kelly reached out and thought it would be a cool idea to start a new podcast together.......and the trumpets sounded, the seas parted, the heavens opened, unicorns appeared, and the HVAC Uncensored Podcast was born.
Here’s a sneaky peak at what we chatted about.....
Can you take us back to the start, how did the HVAC Uncensored Podcast come about? (3:45)
Have you always been a Fridgie and where did it start for you? (5:15)
Kellys’ story about how he got into HVAC was a little different to yours, can you tell us more about that? (6:45)
We discussed the Seasonal differences with Gil and also what is more common with the types of air conditioning used (11:00)
Can you share with us how many downloads you are achieving on average per episode? (21:30)
How do you find your guests, do you actively contact them or are they finding you organically and contacting you? (24:00)
Out of all of the guests you’ve interviewed on your Show, are there any that really stood out for you? (25:15)
You’re now doing Facebook Live Streams, can you tell us more about that and how it’s going? (30:50)
What Podcasts are you guys into? (33:00)
And heaps more....
We just want to say a huge thanks to Gil for joining us on the Show he was such a great bloke and could have chatted for hours...almost did in fact. We can’t wait to have both him and Kelly on again in the future.
You must get onto their awesome podcast HVAC Uncensored, and you can check it out here or to get in touch with the boys at HVAC Uncensored you can go to their Facebook page at facebook.com/hvacuncensored/ or their HVAC Uncensored Nation Facebook Group here.
Parting is such sweet sorrow, but we want to say a massive thankyou to YOU, the listener! We love seeing your comments and are so appreciative of your support throughout the year! Brad and I will be taking a wee break over the Christmas/New Year period because as you well know, there just aren’t enough arms and legs during the Summer and we look forward to Season 2 starting in February 2021. 2020 can get stuffed and bring on 2021! From all of us at The Air Conditioning Podcast we wish each and every one of you a safe and restful Christmas, make a ton of coin and we’ll catch you all in the new year....Peace!
