Interview with Susan Saunders of The Age Well Project
08/21/21 • 28 min
Susan Saunders is a health coach, author and TV producer. She's co-author of the blog and book, The Age-Well Project. She is certified as a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and holds their advanced coaching certification. Her work as a coach led her to write The Age-Well Plan, a six-week program to kick start a longer, healthier, happier life. Susan lives in London, UK but works with clients from all over the world.
Please join me as we learn more about what made Susan start the Age Well Blog and consequently co-author and then author her own book. I always believe people who are passionate about what they do have a personal story behind it! Learn about her biggest takeaways since beginning this journey and how we can all take control of how we age. Do you believe you have control over how you age? Science actually shows us that we do. Talking with Susan was lovely and hearing her insights from across the pond shows me that there are many of us who are interested in aging well - we just have to take the information and put it to use.
